Patients with special needs

The Centre is fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act and has wheelchair access throughout. Parking for patients displaying a disabled sticker is available 100 yards from the Centre, opposite Debenhams in Castle Quay.

Facilities are available for the deaf and hard of hearing.

We have a translation service available for consultations where the patient is unable to communicate effectively in English, and an extended appointment will made offered if the Receptionist feels the translation service would be beneficial.
