The Centre is open from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week (including bank holidays) and appointments are available to book from 8am to 7.30pm.

Registered patients can book an appointment with a GP or a Nurse up to three months in advance.  Unregistered patients can generally book no more than 24 hours in advance, but in certain circumstances, for example booking a weekend dressing or injection, unregistered patients can book up to a week ahead.

The Centre is sometimes called a ‘walk-in’ centre.  This does not mean that patients can always be seen straight away if they walk in without an appointment.  Unregistered patients will be given the next available appointment time within 24 hours with either a GP or a Nurse. It is always best to phone in advance to book an appointment to be sure that your journey is not wasted or you do not have to wait in town until later.
